3/30/2009 Charlotte, NC – The Diversity Forum is a North Carolina non-profit organization established with a goal of helping to educate companies and job seekers about best practices for hiring a diverse workforce.

The Diversity Forum’s mission is to, “Connect business leaders for the purpose of exchanging ideas on how diversity and inclusion can spur business innovation and create sustainable growth opportunities.” Charlotte business owners are becoming more aware of the need to maintain and expand the diversification in today’s work environments by selecting diverse individuals.

The objective of their website www.thediversityforum.org will be to allow interested business owners and their employees the opportunity to register for their seminars. As and when the seminars are held, the website will display key information such as, the location, date & time, cost (if any), the presenters/speakers and issues to be discussed. Many of the speakers will be Fortune 1000, Mid-level and Small business leaders who’ll share how they create a culture that attracts, retains and integrates diverse talent.
